PCH maintains an open, noncommercial peering policy at many Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) around the world. PCH peers enjoy optimal reachability to PCH data and operational resources, including the INOC-DBA global VoIP network. PCH peers also enjoy logical adjacency to the resources of a growing number of root DNS, gTLD, and ccTLD operators that make use of the PCH global IP Anycast network.
Email to email@example.com is our preferred contact method for peering, or we can be reached at 3856*2 on the INOC-DBA hotline system.

The PCH Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for all IXP-based data collection and peering equipment, for the PCH data archives, and for the functionality of any/all services in the pch.net domain.
