INOC-DBA Privacy Policy
In keeping with its research and support mission, and the principles of
scientific inquiry and open source development, Packet Clearing House does
not handle secret or confidential information.
Data of many forms are provided to Packet Clearing House on a voluntary
basis by PCH's research partners, peers, and project participants. PCH
publishes this information to the public. PCH may, at its sole option,
anonymize, aggregate, delete, or restrict access to portions of the data,
but does not represent that it will do so in any particular case.
PCH's current operating procedure with respect specifically to statistics
from the INOC-DBA telephone system is to not retain either phone numbers
or individual IP addresses, and immediately anonymize all statistics to
smallest advertised enclosing netblock. Any INOC-DBA participant is
welcome to either withhold statistical data from our proxy by not sending
SIP record-route messages, or can opt out of statistics by informing us of
their desire to do so. Therefore, if you're looking at the INOC-DBA
statistics, please regard them as representative rather than complete or
authoritative, since they do not include data representing use by parties
who have opted out. This operational policy regarding INOC-DBA use
statistics may change at any time without notice.

procedures, please contact
