All of the users are set so that their directory listings are visible. They are all visible at: https://www.pch.net/inoc-dba/console.cgi?op=show_pubdir&list=org under "LINX" Take for example Shelagh Shaw. If I search for that from a cisco handset via the PCH xml directory, no matches are found. These seem to be only the users that had Cisco Handsets registered years ago before we put everybody on the system via asterisk. If I search for "LINX" then I get only 8 matches, and Mike Hughes is listed twice. Is there a way to get synchronisation between the web directory and the Cisco xml directory? Or can I download a .csv format of the web directory so I can do my own thing. I need to insert a prefix before the PCH numbers anyway.
