Packet Clearing House's database of the matrix of exchange points and their participants is available to the research community and the public for browsing, queries, and update submission.  Since it's updated daily from a number of sources, it provides a data-source for many kinds of analysis.  We've automated a few of the simplest types of queries, to provide an example of the kinds of questions which it can answer.
